Description

We are hiring a HubSpot Growth Strategist to help clients leverage HubSpot to achieve their business goals. This role focuses on optimizing marketing and sales funnels, increasing engagement, and driving customer acquisition and retention strategies using HubSpot tools. You will also be responsible for setting up email campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and automation processes within HubSpot.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HubSpot-driven growth strategies.
  • Analyze customer data and optimize campaigns.
  • Set up and manage marketing automation, lead scoring, and CRM workflows.
  • Collaborate with clients to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with clients to streamline their marketing operations.
  • Build and manage automated marketing campaigns in HubSpot.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize automation strategies.
  • Contribute 1 blog article per month to LC2.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with HubSpot’s marketing and sales tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience optimizing customer journeys.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through digital channels.
  • Proven experience with HubSpot marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of workflows, lead scoring, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects.
