Description

We are seeking a freelance Sales Enablement Specialist to help clients improve their sales performance by aligning sales and marketing efforts. This role focuses on creating training materials, optimizing sales processes, and using HubSpot to provide the sales team with the tools they need to close more deals. Additionally, help clients streamline their sales processes using HubSpot CRM. You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing sales pipelines, training sales teams, and increasing deal closure rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies using HubSpot.
  • Create training materials and resources for sales teams.
  • Analyze and optimize sales processes to increase conversion rates.
  • Work closely with marketing to align messaging and lead handoff processes.
  • Implement and optimize sales pipelines in HubSpot.
  • Train client sales teams on HubSpot CRM and sales best practices.
  • Contribute 1 blog article per month to LC2.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales enablement and HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, content, tools, and CRM best practices.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
